Clearing in Daffodil Wood
Happy Easter everyone!
This is my first attempt at a HDR shot. It is Baddesley Clinton Church, in Baddesley Clinton grounds. The whole place was a sea of daffodils... so beautiful!
We've seen signs for this place before and as we were driving home from a nice Good Friday with Heidi's mum and sister, Simon & Garfunkel were playing on the stereo and we decided to drive past our house and go towards Baddesley Clinton. We spent a lovely eveving taking photo's and watching the spring lambs playing in the surrounding fields. We went to leave at 7.05 and they had locked the gates... Oops! Luckily a lady appeared to let us leave... but I wasn't too worried, we had some shopping in the boot of the car which included 4 real ales and some Bombay mix snacks... I had visions of us sleeping in the car until they opened the gates the next morning :-)
